We would like to inform you that Yiruma Fairy Tale in the intermediate version was selected as the obligatory piece for the finalists of the 6th International Piano Competition WroClavile 2021.

Dear Pianists,


The Preliminaries tab contains the full list of participants registrated into the 6th WroClavile International Piano Competition, and tomorrow we will know the names of the finalists of the Competition! The Jury is still working on the final selection. We know you are looking forward to the preliminaries results, but please be patient with us. We want to make a wise choice, and it is all the more difficult because after listening to your recordings many times, we got to know you better and liked you all!


At the same time, I would like to inform you that preparations for the May finals of the Competition have already started. We want this time to be a beautiful and joyful experience for all of us.


To make the time of waiting for the results of the qualifying round more pleasant for you, I invite you to listen to the golden laureate of the previous edition of the Competition, Małgorzata Spychała. The recording can be found at the bottom of the page.

Anyone who is not a professional pianist (and does not learn to be one), so:

  • self-taught pianists

  • pianists learning piano with private teachers

  • students of non-professional municipal music and art schools

  • students and graduates of specialist music schools, colleges and conservatories who did not learn to play the piano as the principal instrument
